Tips

Sometimes in your machines or software, even though you have inches marked as a preference, it displays hoop information in metric. Therefore, I created a chart for you to print out and keep handy to help you quickly determine which hoop to select.

It is a good idea to plug your machine into a good surge protector. This is different than a power strip and will help protect your machine.

    PE-Design Hands On Class 4 rerun       Teacher - Martha Carroll

This class goes over the drawing and manual punch tools. At the end of class, you will be digitizing a birdhouse using the drawing and manual punch tools. It's easier than you think!

Class fee: $10

        Trapunto

 

This month we will explore the Trapunto method of embroidery.  I have a few samples to show

of embellishing T-shirts or making baby items.  You will not believe how easy and quick you get your results.

Come join us and as always we have a great time in class.

Supplies for class will be a 5x7 hoop

white embroidery thread and bobbin

Embroidery machine & don't forget your electric cord.

In this class you will learn how to stabilize, cut, and assemble those sentimental T-shirts into a treasured keepsake for keeping or giving. These make perfect gifts for graduates, athletes, sports enthusiasts, etc.
